HOW ITS ALL BEGAN

My name is Jean Daniel Francois (Caribbean Magic) I’m a professional chef specialising in Caribbean flavours. I’m originally from Haiti always have a passion for Cooking and food with great flavours Growing up I was an orphan so very often I cooked my own meals but I never realised how important cooking would become in my life. I moved to the UK in 2010, and since arriving here there was two things missing, family & friend and the magical flavours of food back home. so I say to myself I can fix that.

  • First, we want our customers to know that there is never a ‘wrong way’ to use our Magic Sauces. Whether you use it as a sauce to boost the flavour of your already cooked meal, or as a seasoning in your meat and vegetables. Magic Sauces are vegan-friendly, with no artificial flavouring or additives. We carefully balance the flavours of 18 herbs and spices to create a unique and magical taste. Use as salad dressing, sandwich spread, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or mayonnaise!
